Happy Halloween to all my friends, watchers, and stalkers.
This image was inspired by a Finland based band named Lordi. Being a bassist in progress I took a liking to their bassist who dresses up like a zombie. I then realized it was so close to Halloween that it was a two fold image  . With this mindset now in mind I realized that a zombie in a super market would be great fun, and what else would he or she be buying than pop tarts... afterall, when you are decomposing you'll take all the preservatives you can get  This is mostly traditional with a minor amount of digital. I will keep this listed as traditional as the digital is mostly unseen, and I coulda done the same effects with a pencil and eraser had I the patience. And yes, I coulda changed things or kept going, but I've realized that perfect art bothers me. The lil quirks in the shading and so on give this character to me. Enjoy! Oh and let me know if this is something you think would work as a print. I'm tired of guessing on my own lol. EDIT: Updated for prints |
